סִיחָה, שִׂיחָהf. (b. h. שִׂ׳; סוּחַ) talk, conversation. B. Bath.78b ואמאי קרי ליה סיח שמהלך אחר ס׳ נאה and why do they call a young ass sayyaḥ? Because it follows a persuasive talk (of its driver, whereas the old ass must be struck). Ib.
